Current Situation Report #1 DECS along the coast line that could be affected have been notified to keep watch on deteriorating Wx Conditions when Edouard makes landfall sometime Tuesday Evening or early Wednesday Morning. According to Ken Mitchell, DEC District 14, the Houston EOC will be activated with a Amateur Radio Operator at 0000 hours today. The Texas Emergency Net could be active prior to the Houston EOC Activation. Activation of the Texas Emergency Net will be made either by EMAIL or Landline. Remember, Emergency, Priority and Logistics Traffic only will be handled on The Texas Emergency Net. We help the Served Agencies and station with emergency traffic only. The primary freqs are: 3873 lsb and 7285 for the Texas Emergency Net Operations 3935 lsb and 7290 for Health and Welfare if needed.
